Warranty / Return & Refund Policy

Warranty –

  • Warranty of all products are strictly by respective company service center only, unless mentioned in the invoice.
  • Replacement or repaired material will or may be given under replacement policy.
  • DOA ( Dead On Arrival ) will be declared by company service center only.
  • Warranty voids on Burnt, Damage In any ways of the goods.
  • Warranty voids if anything is written or marked on the goods.
  • We deliver the material in box pack company packing condition, checking the material has not been damaged thoroughly.
  • Customer should check the material thoroughly after receiving the goods.
  • No claim will be entertained after the 24hrs of receiving the goods.
  • Customer has to carry goods for the replacement to service center themselves only
  • We will not accept goods for replacement strictly
  • Customer has to send or courier the goods to the store only whose warranty is carry in to store
  • Courier charges has to bear by customer while sending and receiving goods through courier for replacement
  • We will not take any responsibility if goods are damaged through transit/courier while replacement and return

Return Policy –

  • If the product specifications does not match to your requirement, you can return the product in 3 days once received.
  • The return product should be in factory pack condition, it should not be opened in any means strictly
  • Not all products will be allowed to return, megatrons.in reserved the rights of taking the goods back or not
  • Return charge of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount
  • No material will be taken back any how, strictly once ordered
  • In case of non availability of material, the ordered amount will be refunded.
  • You will have to give 5-6 working days for your refund
